Top notch service by the team at Big Z. From Miss Jill up front to Zach in the shop and everyone in between. Miss Jill walked me through pricing and scheduling, answering my one too many questions. I brought my 2007 CTS-V in for an alignment after installing coilover suspension. Zach gave me a quick heads up that the rear toe arms were seized. He still aligned the front quickly and gave me a print out of the specs. I replaced the parts I needed and brought it back a few weeks later along with 2 new tires to install. They banged it out quickly and didn't charge me for another alignment. Definitely will be my go to for tires and alignments from now on. Great group of people working there!

I needed a wheel alignment after replacing shocks and springs on a Ford Expedition and also needed some work on the air conditioning. I called Zack to tell him what I thought I needed (wheel alignment, TXV and high pressure sensor). He scheduled me for the work and I am very impressed with his honesty, service and communication. Turns out my alignment was all in spec but I requested adjustment to the tow-in to improve it. Also, he let me know that the HPS was going to be labor intensive to replace and suggested just doing the TXV to see if that fixed the issue. It did. He saved me money by talking through the repairs and making good suggestions. I highly recommend this shop.

Brought in my Mercedes Sprinter Class C for them to balance the tires. Not only did they do an amazing job but they were very quick, efficient and professional. I took it to another local commercial tire shop a few days before for some values to be installed and the RV was driving bad afterwords. Upon BIg Z removing some of my tires they noticed that the previous shop did not tighten the lug nuts!!!! After they got all the tires balanced perfectly with professional tire balancing hardware, they made sure to properly torque the lugs. The RV drives better than it ever has. Smooth like butter.

Took my truck in for an alignment and to get my tires balanced. When no one else said they could do it because if the wide-ness of my wheels. The crew over at Big Z hooked me up and had it ready to go in no time and at a very reasonable price!! I would recommend to anyone who needs car repair!!
